Joseph spent approx 150 hours building the Custom 26" 49er Beach Cruiser which later auctioned at annual fundraiser event for $4,500.00. The buyer then gave this bike back to Joseph and since this wasnt his favorite football team he decided to trade for something of his own liking. So, he began building his own 26" Custom Cruiser.

At around 12:30 AM, Joseph put the finishing touches on his candy-painted Moonshine Cruiser. Picture the dedication and passion it takes to build something entirely your own, and you'll understand the sheer joy of watching this talented young man work tirelessly until his bike was finally complete. It’s a moment reminiscent of a child unwrapping presents on Christmas Eve—pure excitement and pride.

Completing such a challenging project left him feeling truly empowered.

Since the age of ten, Rafael dreamed of building his very own cruiser. That dream became a reality when he was given the opportunity to create one as his final high school project. With unwavering dedication, Rafael poured over 600 hours into the project, working tirelessly every day after school and often late into the night. He even devoted his weekends to the task. After three months of relentless effort, he completed the cruiser and earned an impressive A for his work.

Rafael’s meticulous attention to detail and passion for perfection didn’t just result in an exceptional project—it inspired everyone in our workshop, including his instructor. His story is a testament to the power of determination and craftsmanship.

Seryna spent countless hours until her Betty Boop was finally completed. Almost 600 hours later.....

Gilbert demonstrated his keen interest in learning how to disassemble and reassemble a bicycle by completing his homework assignment. He created a detailed illustration with a parts diagram, clearly labeling each component.

Luis embarked on creating a custom 26" L.A. Dodgers-themed bicycle, teaching himself the skills along the way. This journey inspired him to repair his mother’s car fender—a heartfelt way of saying, "I’m sorry, Mom."

All of our students collaborated on building this young gentlemen's very first custom 12" beach cruiser bicycle. They learned how to open up their hearts to experience an overwhelming therapeutic joy of giving!

At just fourteen years old, Luis demonstrated remarkable talent during his very first attempt at painting. He quickly mastered the use of professional Auto Body Technician tools, including a proper paint shop setup and adjusting his pneumatic spray gun to low air pressure and low volume settings—techniques that make the painting process much more manageable. Luis completed a flawless three-stage paint job, applying three coats of paint followed by two coats of clear, all without a single drip. The transformation was impressive, as he restored his mother’s dented front car fender to look as good as new. Needless to say, his mother was overjoyed with the results—proof that every day can feel like Mother’s Day. Well done, Luis, and cheers, Señora!
